Varanasi: The Coronavirus situation in the country seems to have been a matter of concern and as a result of the same, tests and exams have been postponed, while the criteria for some have been altered. All these provisions are being made in order to ensure that the interest of students is being considered a priority. Now, the latest update from the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has information regarding its entrance examinations.

As has been announced by the university, the undergraduate and post-graduate entrance exams have now been rescheduled now. As has been suggested, the exams are going to be conducted in a phased manner from August 24 and will be going on until September 14. Students can check out the final schedule of these entrance exams on the official website of the university at bhuonline.in.

The entrance exam is going to kickstart with postgraduate courses which include the likes of-LLB (3-years), BEd, BEd-Special Education, BP ED, BFA, and BPA. These exams, as mentioned in the notification are going to be conducted in the first phase and will start from August 24 while they are to conclude on August 31, 2020.

The exams for the undergraduate courses, on the other hand, are going to take place during the second phase and the dates include September 9, 10, 11, and 14 this year. The courses include the likes of ), BSc (Hons) Maths, BSc (Hons) Bio, BA (Hons), BCom (Hons), BCom — FMM, BSc (Hons) Ag, BA (Hons) Social Sciences, BA LLB – 5 years (Hons), Shashtri (Hons) along with other BVoc programmes.

Meanwhile, the entire schedule for the students awaiting the dates for the second phase will be out by August 17, 2020, and the admit cards too, will be available on the website soon.
