Meanwhile, the admission processes, new academic sessions, etc, have all been rolling out with time and now, Assam University has released the application forms for 2020 admissions.

As the Assam University 2020 application forms are rolling out, the process will enable the students to take admission to the various UG, PG, and integrated programmes available for students. The students can check out the official website for Assam University: aus.ac.in and aspirants can fill out the forms until August 27, up to 5 pm.

Given the COVID-19 situation in the country, the entire application process for the admissions is going to be online and in order to ensure that there is a stable internet access to the students, a help desk for filling up the forms has also been set up. This set up is going to be at the computer centre of Assam University.

Meanwhile, the admission process is going to have a fee of Rs 600 to both the general as well as OBC categories while it is going to be Rs 500 for those who belong to the OBC Non Creamy and EWS categories. Much like the entire process being online, the payment for the registration fee is also going to be done via similar processes including credit cards, net banking, etc.

The Assam University will allow students to get admission to the campuses in Silchar and Dhipu in the varied range of courses that are offered by them and this will be a two-step process, including an entrance exam as well as an interview. However, the dates for the same are yet to be announced.
