New Delhi: The entrance exams like that of NEET and JEE Main 2020 continue to be the topic of discussion, especially because there are opposing opinions that people have as far as the conducting of exams are concerned. And while it was ruled out that the exams are going to be held as per the schedule, it looks like there are chances of the exam being postponed as a tweet from the Union Minister Subramaniam Swamy, has caught our attention. As it looks like, an emergency meeting was underway in order to make a decision regarding the exam dates.

As it turns out, he went on to mention along with the tweet how he has urged the Education Minister to hold the exams post Diwali. It was after the decision from the Supreme Court to conduct the exams that students approached the minister to intervene. In fact, he also went on to mention how with this tweet, he referred to all the exams that fall into that kind of category.

Updates regarding the same will be out once there are more concrete decisions made. Things seem to be rather bleak right now as it might or might not be possible for delaying the exams after all and hence, students, as well as parents, are expected to be prepared for both the outcomes.

Now, the plea that was being heard in the supreme court regarding the NEET and JEE 2020 exams were dismissed, and in fact, admit cards for JEE Mains were already released by the NTA. Meanwhile, students have been constantly making requests to postpone the exams to the concerned authorities.

What has added to the news is the suicide of a Tamil Nadu student after the plea was dismissed by the SC. Everyone has sent out requests, however, students and parents are advised to keep their calm. The Jee Main 2020 exams are due to be held on September 1 while NEET 2020 are to take place on September 13, as of now.
