Bhubaneswar: The Coronavirus pandemic has led to multiple delays and changes in how exams are being conducted this year. While the new academic year for most colleges has been delayed due to the delay in results, the necessary measures are being taken for exams that are being conducted offline.

And now, the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2020 have been announced by NISER Bhubaneswar and UM-DAE CBS. The NEST 2020 was supposed to be conducted on august 10 this year, however, as it turns out, they have decided to postpone them to September 29 due to the ongoing coronavirus situation prevalent in the country.

The exam dates have been announced and any other relevant or important date announcements will come through when the time is right. In order to appear for the exams, the candidates will need their admit cards, however, the date for downloading them will be announced soon. All that is needed to download them is the registration number and the password.

The NEST is an annual college entrant exam which is conducted jointly by NISER along with UM-DAE CBS. Students who wish to take admission to the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) Bhubaneswar and the University of Mumbai – Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences, Mumbai have to compulsorily appear for this exam.
