New Delhi: The coronavirus outbreak in the country has definitely been a little difficult for students given the impact on education it has had. Right from exams to results and of course, the way to higher education, everything has been severely impacted. However, institutes have been making several attempts at trying to make things easier for the students, and among the list of things that are being altered, postponing entrance exams and changing eligibility criteria are a few things that are being put to action.
And now, given the current scenario in the country, the dates for Amity JEE 2020 application forms have now been extended by Amity University. This application will enable the candidates to take admission to the campuses across Mumbai, Lucknow, Gurugram, Jaipur, Raipur, and Gwalior. Earlier, the last date for the application forms was July 31, however, they have now been extended and students can send in the submissions until August 14.
For the Noida campus, however, the last date is August 15. Students can fill out the forms on the official website at amity.edu. Meanwhile, as an alternative method, students can also fill out the forms, download them, and send it across the university’s address along with a Demand Draft.
Among other things, the exams for Amity JEE will be taken online due to the COVID-19 situation and the admission to the B.Tech courses will take place only after the video interviews are conducted. Some of the campuses, on the other hand, plan on taking both, the exam as well as the interviews. For those campuses, the exam dates are likely to be announced later and students must keep a check on the official website.
