New Delhi: The Coronavirus outbreak has led universities to reconsider their decisions regarding admissions, exams, among other things. While there have been multiple provisions that have been made and at the same time, the interest of the students has been put first, alterations and updates keep coming in from universities across the country. And now, an extension for submitting the online application forms has come in from the esteemed Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University), New Delhi.
This news might come across as a sigh of relief for all students and is in fact, a step that many varsities must take in order to make the application process seamless in all possible ways. As per a notice that has been issued by the university, it is in light of the unforeseen circumstances that the candidates who wish to fill the online application forms across the available programs can now do so within the extended date.
Earlier, the last date for submission was July 31, 2020, however, the candidates have now been given an extension by the university and they can do so by August 11, 2020. It gives the students an additional window to work through their applications and in addition, the students can make corrections in the application until an extended date as well. Earlier, this date was august 12, however, it is now until August 14, 2020. Meanwhile, students must keep a check on the official website in order to stay updated.
