Tura: Board results have been pouring in across all states. While the CBSE and ICSE results have already been declared, the state board results for class 10, and 12 students continue to pour in. Today morning, the Meghalaya Board of School Education, Tura released the MBOSE SSLC results for class 10 students. Students can check the results on the official website: results.mbose.in.

Over 51,000 students appeared for the class 10 exams while over 25,000 students have passed. This makes the pass percentage for MBOSE SSLC Result a mere 50.31% with over 13,000 students passing in 6 subjects and 11,000 passing in 5 subjects.

Moving on to the pass percentage for boys and girls, the latter has seemed to outdo the former as they have a pass percentage of 51.04 % while it is 49.39% for boys. Amongst the districts, West Jaintia Hills has the maximum pass percentage of about 69.96% followed by East Jaintia Hills at 69.00% and East Khasi Hills at 68.94. Chetna Bose from Sherwood School, Tura, is the topper for this year with a whopping 568 marks followed by Sainaya Modak and Ainamdaphisha P Byrsat at the second and third spots with 565 and 561 marks respectively.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the exams and results have all been a little haywire, however, now that the results for class 190 students are out, they can heave a sigh of relief. Going forward, they are now going to have to work around their +2 admissions, one of the bigger decisions, as they call it!
