Bhopal: The class 12 results have been declared by the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) across all streams including Arts, Commerce and science. The results were declared at 3 pm today afternoon and students can check them on the official website of the board: mpresults.nic.in. The students can easily check their results by entering the required details.

With over 6.6 lakh students appearing for the exams this year, over 4,54,008 students have made it to the cut and the pass percentage for this year is 68.81%. In addition to regular students, there were also around 1 lakh supplementary students appearing for the class 12 board exams in Madhya Pradesh.

With 486 marks, the topper for Arts this year is Khushi Singh followed by Madhulita and Nikita Patidar at the second and third spots with 479 and 476 marks respectively. With 487 marks, Mufaddal Arviwala has topped the MPBSE class 12 results in commerce stream while Priya and Rinku have managed to top the Science stream with 495 marks. Harish Carpenter has secured the second spot with 491 marks while Narendra Kumar stood 3rd with 489 marks.

With a pass percentage of 73.40%, the girls have managed to do better than boys, who have a pass percentage of 64.66%. In addition, 2.85 lakh students have managed to pass with first division which is substantially higher than the numbers from last year while the number of students is also slightly higher from the past as far as second division is concerned.

There seem to have been multiple toppers in humanities (19), 37 in maths, 34 in commerce, and 19 in bioscience. Priya is, however, the state topper for this year as scored 99% in her MPBSE exams.
