Mumbai: The admission process across various universities is currently gaining momentum. Now that the results of most class 10 and 12 students are out already, the process further has a lot of steps before one finally gets into a college. And well, the update for students who applied to Mumbai University for the various UC courses available will be relieved as the first merit list is supposed to be out today.
The merit list, due to be out on the official website of the college at mu.ac.in will give out the names of students who have secured admission to their desired colleges. Since the HSC results were out only on July 16, the university announced the admission schedule soon after.
As has been read and informed, the university is liked to release the first merit list for students at 7 pm and following that, they can move ahead with the processes of paying the fees, documentation, etc. Meanwhile, August 10 has been reported as the last date for verification of documents by 3 pm in the afternoon.
Meanwhile, the second merit list is scheduled to be out on August 10 and the following processes can be carried out by August 17 until 3 pm. The third list, or the final list, as can be called, is due to be out on August 17 and the verification, as well as payments, are to be done by August 21, 2020, until 3 pm.
As far as the admission certificates are concerned, the candidates will be provided with a provisional certificate upon enrolment, however, the same will be confirmed once the hard copy of the mark-sheets are submitted along with other required documents as directed by the university.
